F. Baxter Lane Memorial
Scholarship Fund

Back in our senior year, our student council under Baxter Lane's leadership decided that the remaining balance of our class treasury be set up as a perpetual scholarship in the name of the Class of 1965. Unfortunately, our money was lumped into the general scholarship fund for Pittsfield High School and its original intent was never realized.

One of Baxter's passions was to build our scholarship fund to an amount that would generate increasing awards each year while maintaining a principal amount. Many of us from the class have given generously over the years to recreate the scholarship fund that was originally envisioned. We still need your help to achieve Baxter's goal.
